Making a Claim - Roadside Assistance


What's covered?

AA Roadservice CoverAssistance is available for current holders of a Full Cover PROTECTA Car or Motorcycle policy, and each policy entitles the holder for up to three call outs per year for that vehicle. We can help with the following issues:

  • Flat Tyre
  • Damaged Wheel
  • Flat Battery
  • Locked Out of your Car
  • Lost Keys
  • Out of Fuel
  • Breakdown Recovery (mechanical or electrical)

Please note: To help us get assistance to you as quickly as possible, please ensure you have either your insurance policy number, or the licence plate number of your car or motorcycle handy when you call.  If you can, also try to have ready the address (street and number) where the car or motorcycle is currently located.
